Tuition and Fees

2026-2027 Tuition

PreK3:
- 5 half days/week: $9,450 annually
- 5 full days/week: $15,600 annually (free usage of before and after care)
PreK4: 5 days/week: $15,600 annually
Kindergarten: $17,275 annually
Grade 1: $17,900 annually
Grades 2-5: $18,850 annually
Grades 6-8: $20,000 annually

Payment Options are One-time Payment in Full, Semi-Annual or Monthly. (Monthly payments commence in June and all payments conclude in April). Payments are due on the 15^th or 30^th of each month.

Tuition accounts for all curriculum materials, technology services (including a device for each student at all grade levels such as an iPad or MacBook Pro), assessments, and enrichment options (robotics, fine arts, world language, and the like as part of a students' academic scheduled day).

New Student Enrollment Fee: $350
Returning Students Re-enrollment Fee:
-Priority Re-enrollment (January 6 - January 31): $350
-Re-enrollment (February 1 - February 14): $450
-Late Re-enrollment (February 15 and on): $600

Additional Program Fees

Athletics and Dance: There is an athletics fee for participation per sport and a dance fee for participation per dance term.
Before and After School Care: $10-15/hour
Students enrolled in any PreK 3 or PreK 4 program receive free access to before and after care. Students may utilize our care as early as 6:45AM prior to the start of the school day, and as late as 6PM. School hours are 8AM to 3:20PM.

Westlake Lutheran Academy believes in a high-quality faculty and excellent programs. We believe that we need to provide the little extras that truly make us an exceptional school. We also realize that this raises the cost, but at the same time we know that the cost is worth it. This means that we must find ways to make it affordable for every family.

Confidentiality

Please be assured that financial information is kept in strict confidence by our school. A family's financial situation is known only by the Financial Aid Committee. Billing processes throughout the school are designed to keep a family's financial circumstances confidential.

Texas Education Freedom Accounts

Westlake Lutheran Academy & Lutheran South Academy are planning on carefully implementing Texas Education Freedom Accounts for the 2026-2027 school year for current and newly admitted students.

Each campus will maintain our high admissions standards. Although we maintain control of our admissions process, LSA/WLA have no control over which students or families receive funding. All Texas Education Freedom Accounts funding decisions are made by the state of Texas

The state of Texas has allocated a limited amount of funds for the 2026-2027 school year. It is likely that all applicants will not receive funding.

Senate Bill 2 (SB2) allows us to maintain total religious freedom and operational autonomy.
